These Terms of Use govern your use of platinumtaxadvisory.com (the “Site”), operated by Platinum Tax Advisory (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Content on the Site, including information about taxes, Medicare, Social Security, IRAs and estate planning, is general and educational. It is not tax, legal, investment or insurance advice for your specific situation, and tax laws change frequently. Do not act on it without consulting a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

3. Client engagements
Using the Site, contacting us, booking a consultation or receiving a free second-opinion review does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement letter, which will govern the services, fees and responsibilities for that work.
4. Pricing & offers
Prices and promotions shown on the Site, including the $79.95 Tax Prep Special for clients age 55 and older, are subject to change and may have eligibility requirements or scope limits. Final fees are confirmed in your engagement letter. “Value” amounts reflect our standard pricing for comparable services.
5. Third-party tools & links
The Site links to or embeds services run by others, including Google Calendar appointment scheduling, YouTube video embeds, Cloudflare Turnstile, Facebook, X, and eStatePlan™ provided by ePIC Services Company. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or results.
6. Communications
When you submit a form on the Site, you agree to receive emails, phone calls and text messages from us about your inquiry and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out at any time. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the Site’s forms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to bypass security measures, scraping content, or interfering with the Site’s operation.

The Platinum Tax Advisory name, logo and Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. eStatePlan™ is a trademark of its respective owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Tax Advisory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Services provided under an engagement letter are governed by that letter.
10. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Bell County, Texas. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
