Cookie Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026 · Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Platinum Tax Advisory uses cookies and similar technologies on platinumtaxadvisory.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They help the site work, remember your choices and keep it secure. Similar technologies include local storage and scripts that read device and browser signals. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these.

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessaryKeep the site running and secure, including spam and bot protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). These can’t be switched off.
FunctionalSupport features you choose to use, such as booking an appointment on our Google Calendar scheduler and playing embedded videos.
AnalyticsHelp us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics cookies. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

Some cookies are set by services we use, under their own policies. eStatePlan™ opens on ePIC Services Company’s site, and our Facebook and X links go to those sites. Those sites set their own cookies once you visit them.

5. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop our forms from working, and blocking functional cookies hides the booking calendar. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose by category. You can change your choices at any time using the link in the footer.

To opt out of Google Analytics across sites, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. Browser privacy signals

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to decline analytics cookies, and Google Analytics does not load. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our website or the tools we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Contact us:
